Serving as a Hotel, you may want to invite others. There are some things you need to know.
Rooms with closed doors are occupied. A simple bed is already present and clothing and gear are in use.
Continental Nook-
There is complementary food and drink available in the Fridge. Uncooked foods are also available in the Food Container to the left of the Counter with the built-in grill. Strawberries are near the window. Replant if used and seeds are located in Shelf Cabinet below the stairs.
Guest Rooms-
Rooms with open doors are available. Bring your own bed. Each room has a Standing Closet that contains gear.
Standard Rooms (two on main floor);
Contain adventuring gear, including shirt, pants, boots, backpack, armor, helmet and pistol with ammo.
Suites (two suites on the second floor);
Include basic clothes and mil. backpack.
Trading Post-
Honorary exchange. Take an item, leave an item. Left counter includes ammo and adventuring gear. Right counter contains materials.
Boat Dock-
A standard Motorboat and Jet Ski are available to hotel guests. Please refill Gasoline after use. Below the entrance stairs is a Repair Station, Battery Charger with Sm. Generator that will require Gasoline to operate.

Feel free to visit my humble abode. Work benches are available for your convience.
