 Small Rock Island Chalet
[exterior] Set in the low spot between the two ridges. Water access from both front and back. Features a vaulted living area in the center, guest suite on the left and a game room (workshop) on the right with a luxury master bedroom on the top with it's own heli-pad.

[interior looking west toward Castaway Island] Features wrap around kitchen counter with inset cooking grill (place grill first then the counter), dinette area and lounge.

[interior looking east] Features split level design with mirrored stair cases on both left and right sides. The left leading up to the guest suite and the right to the game room. And both leading further up to the master suite.

[exterior front view] A work in progress (waiting to find the Italian wood floor blueprint), with an unfinished upper floor Night Club. Features 4 luxury suites with private balconies, Continental breakfast nook and trading post. Plenty of boat dock space.

This piece is in anticipation of having players join in a 'Treasure Hunt' Co-op.
