Trista is know to be a heartless, paranoid bitch. Her husband was killed in action during the Fourth Wave of the Solidarity War. She assumed command of the repair vessel leased by her husband. Trying to pay for the ship, with the repo-man hot on her heels, Trista has accepted the dangerous but profitable business of volatile salvage ops for the military. She renamed the ship to Vulture II. It's unknown if there was a Vulture I.

Her ships pilot and first mate, an Equidae female named Krystal of Allinav, is the only one she completely trusts. Krystal saved her life in an attack while salvaging a Bogaar attack ship destroyed during the War.

When not performing salvage missions, Trista can often be found in any one of the seedy taverns aboard defunct space stations in the Exster System (14B5-48). This is where she often finds crew members to fill newly vacated positions aboard her ship. Most of her crew is made up of desperate individuals seeking to stay under the radar and make the big bucks that salvage crews often make, if they survive.

Although Trista is suspected in selling salvaged munitions to members of the black market, she is not known to be involved in any other illegal activities at this time.

Trista's primary base of operations is tucked away in a gap of the Myakka gas cloud. The base itself is a massive military ship repair vessel that she towed there five years ago. Complete with docking stations, refit platforms, refueling facilities and crew cabins, this forgotten relic has everything needed for salvage tasks. Getting there requires utilizing the seldom used historic battle ground memorial sites. Trista maintains a Federation Tour Guide license to not draw undue attention to her traveling through the memorial sites. The B-8 site is her transit point, with the Nav beacon at G3 as the destination and stopping the transit at 14:20. Krystal is a humanoid Equuleus-Sapian with a powerful physique and heightened senses. She is a gifted natural pilot. She is calm in chaotic situations but is easily spooked. She is Trista's second in command.

Arizona is a top notch mechanic and can strip a salvaged ship in half the time it takes anyone else. Not well educated, but is bright and she has taught herself the skills of her trade.

Cheneya is the newest member of the Blood Moon Shadows crew. Formally an erotic dancer, she is seeking a way to make a difference in the Wastelands.
